The fastest and most fun way to reduce stress, is to read a story or a book. According to a research by the University of Sussex (UK) your stress level could already be reduced by 68% after six minutes of reading. That is why Dutch health organization 'Zorg en Zekerheid' asked 8 Dutch writers (such as Herman Koch, Elfie Tromp, Anna Drijver and Mano Bouzamour) to write a book that you can read in six minutes (hence the title of this project: 'Six Minute Stories').

The books will be spread throughout the Netherlands on all big railway stations.
