Return Policy 

︎ I’m not happy with my item, what to do?

My web store returns policy means that if you are not happy with the item you have received, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. I kindly ask that all valid returns must be in the same condition and same packaging. I will not accept any returned items without prior communication. When I have received, inspected and approved your return, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange, you will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
